Shipping & Delivery Policy

We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation when you order and a second email with tracking once it ships.

We ship across the United States and to selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, email support@plumbco.shop and we’ll see what we can do.

• United States: flat $6.90 standard shipping, and free on orders over $55.
• International: calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

All shipping charges are shown in USD before you pay.

• US standard: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: approximately 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can occasionally occur.

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to your email when the parcel leaves us. If tracking hasn’t updated after several days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and email support@plumbco.shop within 30 days with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund, including shipping.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable — for example due to an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery — we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-shipping fee may apply for address errors.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping cost you pay us.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
